Master Classes

Glen Gate is dedicated to studying under the masters.
We invite our clients to join us on these inspiring (and fun) events.

Stonecrop Gardens, Garden Conservatory, Munder Skiles
Glen Gate treated clients to an exclusive tour of Bunny Williams’ private estate in Falls Village, Connecticut.

Highlights included a private tour of Bunny's extensively planted fifteen acre estate, the subject of her bestselling book “An Affair with a House.” The estate features a sunken garden, parterre garden, year-round conservatory, large vegetable garden, woodland garden, and a pond with a waterfall.

There is also a working greenhouse, an aviary with rare and unusual chickens and fantail doves. With a rustic Greek Revival-style pool house folly, and a pool with eighteenth-century French coping, which overlooks the apple orchard. This property offers a host of inspiring sights.

Best of all, the tour was hosted by Eric Ruquest, Ms. William’s estate planner for 13 years. He answered questions and was a great resource for ideas.
